Dear Alex,

Congratulations!  I want to personally commend you for your efforts and achievements as a participant in the Chamber’s Customer Service Academy.

I know I join with your instructor, Cary Gray of Leadership Management International, in conveying our appreciation for the special honor you have bestowed upon us by being the first graduate of this exciting new program.

The Chamber’s commitment to you extends beyond the training you have received at the Academy.  I will personally continue my efforts to help you realize your career goals by providing letters of reference to potential employers and making direct contacts on your behalf to help generate opportunities for your success.  In addition, I will make myself available for mentoring and coaching if you so desire.
