With its easy-to-follow directions, the survey requires no special training for administration and use. Survey forms are completed in approximately 15 minutes by the manager and by his or her boss, peers and direct reports (people who report to the manager). 2. The Feedback Report: To help chart the course of professional development The comprehensive CheckPoint 360° Report presents results that are easily read and understood. Managers can increase self awareness, compare perceptions from different workplace sources, measure performance in relation to goals, clarify the expectations of others, and prioritize development needs.
